Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our climbing gear with the same confidence we have in our own equipment when tackling challenging routes. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you sorted quickly.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Climbing Footwear (once worn outdoors)
  • Belay Devices (if used or removed from packaging)
  • Ascenders & Descenders (if any signs of use are present)
  • Chalkbags & Brushes (if used)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our returns team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging if possible, ensuring items are protected like you would for a climb
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our UK warehouse (address provided in authorization email)
  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until refund is processed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Timing:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your exchange request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once we process your return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using the original shipping method (DHL/FedEx) for tracking
