The largest pack in Ultimate Direction’s Fastpack series of rucksacks, the Fastpack 30 carries up to 31 litres of gear, making it perfect for lightweight multi-day missions, whether hiking, running, skiing or alpine climbing. Front straps are based on a running vest, with pockets, a bottle holster and fully adjustable double chest straps. The main compartment has a simple roll top closure that easily compresses and stabilises the load. Large mesh pockets on the side and back give easy access to your gear and somewhere to stow a wet jacket quickly when the rain stops.

Ideal for Mountain Marathons, ultralight hiking, ski-touring and (possibly) alpine climbing, there’s even attachment points for walking poles or ice axes.
