These climbing holds have been designed to help improve pinch strength; not only do they vary in width, they also vary in depth. The pinches in this set have a low-profile, allowing only one phalange of the fingers to grasp them. They are approximately 40mm, 60mm and 80mm in width at the narrowest point.

The positive pinches are exactly what the title says – positive. Designed to be positive up to wall angles of 30 degrees. Beyond this, they will certainly help develop that vital pinch strength. They can be either bolted or screwed on to the climbing wall.
