The Latok Alpine GTX is built from a lightweight GORE-TEX® Pro fabric for an optimum balance of durability and breathability. Lighter in weight than Rab’s Latok Extreme GTX Jacket, it’s ideal for alpinists moving fast and counting every gram.

The cut is superb, with a full range of arm movement for minimal hem-lift making the jacket particularly well suited to alpine/winter climbing. Rab’s excellent three-way adjustable, helmet-compatible hood offers a great fit and a clear line of sight, while the wired and laminated peak, roll-down tab and wind collar provide extra protection. Other practical mountain features include two Napoleon pockets on the front of the jacket so that they won’t interfere with your climbing harness, a security clip to attach a compass, map, or GPS device, which can then be fully zipped up to seal out the weather, an inner security pocket and a deep mesh pocket, ideal for stashing bulky gloves when you’re fiddling with ropes or gear.
