The TX4 R is a special edition of La Sportiva’s iconic TX4 approach shoe, featuring classic logos, the legendary slogan “Climbing on the Moon” and the use of their historic colourways that characterized the golden years of climbing. This is still a highly technical approach shoe that climbs really well, and it’s built to last, thanks to the Resole Platform insert, which facilitates product resoling to extend the life cycle of the shoe.

The hard wearing leather uppers have high abrasion resistance thanks to the PU TechLite all-around rand: a Vibram MegaGrip sole with a climbing zone at the toe and Impact Brake System at the rear are designed for climbing routes and return trails on technical terrain. The lacing system derives from the Mythos climbing shoe and regulates tension and internal volume in one easy move while the STB Control System™ provides structure and torsion stability.  The TX 4 is designed for moving in the mountains in comfort, speed and safety.
