DMM Pitcher Rope Bag

The DMM Pitcher rope bag is lightweight with a minimalist bucket-design and uses a central hole in the attached tarp for smart and efficient loading – an idea that was developed from a suggestion by Rab Carrington on a climbing trip in Utah. It’s one of those products where the mantra that ‘less is more’ rings true.

Clipped in at a stance using the grab-handle the Pitcher can be used as a handy rope bucket on sea cliffs and is an ideal choice for the second needing to carry approach shoes and water on long trad routes. The shoulder straps are removable so the Pitcher could also simply be used as a stuff sac in your main backpack. The one metre square tarp has a PU coating for moisture resistance when the ground is damp. You’ll find it’s equally at home down your local wall or on a big crag.
