The Boreal Silex is a ‘go-to’ rock shoe for climbing long routes in comfort, offering a perfect blend of fit, support and precision. They are a great choice for women, or those needing a lower volume fit, who are climbing in the mid grades and want to step up their performance without sacrificing comfort.

Constructed with a premium quality split leather upper and a fast and secure triple strap closure, the wide fastening area allows a further degree of adjustment for a strap closure shoe, to help accommodate a wide variety of foot shapes. This semi-flat lasted shoe incorporates a stiff midsole with concaved forefoot, that enhances support and places the toes into a subtly more powerful position. The sole unit features a large section of Boreal’s recycled Eco rubber, while sticky Zenith Quattro is used in the climbing zones at forefoot and heel.
