Boreal’s Flyers Mid are the original technical climbing approach shoes, first appearing way back in 1986. The first shoe to be usable on easier grade climbs as well as approaches, the design has had a few updates on the way but retains its precise, rock-shoe style fit, while the high rubber rand which protects the front makes foot jamming and torquing positively pleasant.
